Meditation In Nature

The Founder

Sarah Hume

Sarah is an educator, autism specialist, and lifelong helper of all who believes that meaningful work starts with compassion, curiosity, and connection—to people, nature, and community. She holds two master’s degrees; one in Education and the second a green Master’s in Organizational Leadership & Human Resources.  Sarah brings both heart and structure to everything she does.

Her work focuses on supporting neurodiverse individuals through practical skills, respect, and a belief that everyone has something valuable to contribute. She has been honored as Mrs. New Hampshire and named one of New Hampshire’s Women You Should Know, recognition that reflects her passion for service rather than a finish line.

Outside of work, Sarah volunteers with neighborhood watch programs, PTAs, animal shelters, and other local efforts. She is deeply inspired by nature, mindfulness, and spiritual growth, and believes that slowing down, giving back, and lifting others up is how real change happens.
